At Tarot with Monisha, each session or webinar is prepared with care and personalization. As these are digital/intellectual services, we do not offer refunds once a session is booked or the webinar link is shared.

However, if you have booked a 1:1 counselling session and are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking.

Refunds will only be considered under special circumstances (like technical issues or double payment) and will be reviewed case-by-case.

2. Return Policy

 

As our offerings include live counselling sessions, coaching programs, and digital webinars, there is no physical product involved, and hence, no returns are applicable.

 

Please ensure you read the session details and check availability before booking. Once a digital product or service (like a webinar seat or session slot) is delivered or confirmed, it cannot be returned.

By booking a session or attending a workshop, you agree to take full responsibility for your actions and interpretations.

Payment Terms & Conditions

By booking any session, workshop, or webinar on this website or via phone, you agree to the following payment-related terms and conditions:

 

1. Advance Payment

  • All Tarot Counseling sessions, webinars, and workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

 

2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of:

    • Double payment

    • Session canceled by the practitioner

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

 

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your 1:1 session once, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

4. Webinar & Workshop Fees

  • Webinar or group session fees are non-transferable and non-refundable once paid.

  • No credits or rollovers will be issued for missed live sessions.

 

5. Technical Issues

  • If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on Monisha’s side, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

  • If the issue is on the client’s end, no reschedule or refund will be offered unless informed in advance.

 

6. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or through payment gateways listed on the website.

  • Ensure correct details are entered; Monisha is not responsible for failed or misdirected transactions.
